Cloth tutorial for 3ds max

to create a cloth simulation, first create a plane in front view.  Then divide its length and width segments to almost 70 for both.  Convert it to editable mesh or poly. This will be our cloth later. I planned to make a flag like element. So we need a stand for it to wave.  In top viewport create a cylinder a raise its height upward considering front viewport. Now the cloth mesh need to be connected with it. There fore we shall be editing it in vertex mode. click on modifier tab. then click vertex mode from the list that pops up from editable poly or mesh mode. cre
